To meet requirements of new technology of connection for WIMAX/LTE/FTTA, TE Connectivity worked out Fullaxs connectors – it can be used to provide SFP connections between Radio Remote Unit(RRU) and Building Base Band Unit (BBU). It is compatible for various types of SFP, this allows end users to be able to choose the media converters they need.

It is widely used in various kinds of terminals of outdoor fiber optic equipments, especially Ericsson’s .
